  21. This is a bug, which is fixed in the version of vuepad released with
  22. HP-UX 9.0.

  30. It's a bug (IMO, and that counts here), but one that is very difficult
  31. to fix while utilizing the Motif 1.1 Text Widget (on top of which vuepad
  32. is built).  When/if vuepad migrates to Motif 1.2, this bug should
  33. disappear.  The whole concept of the "^" cursor is, in my opinion,
  34. broken and thankfully it will go away eventually.
