  17. One way to customize cxxdev is by using the $XAPPLRESDIR shell variable.
  18. Set it to a directory where you keep your own ressource files. 
  19. (Like ~/app-defaults for example.

  21. Then in this directory copy the cxxdev ressource file.

  23. If you have the stand alone version that's /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/CxxDev. 
  24. If you have the softbench version that's in /usr/softbench/app-defaults/CxxDev
  25. (Note that the softbench version has several ressource file in that
  26. directory. One of them might satisfy your needs...

  28. Then edit whatever fields you want to change.
