  20. The assumption that I am making here is that when you write "setting
  21. <the resource> in my current resources" you are actually going to the
  22. $HOME/.vue/<node>/current/vue.resources file and editing it.

  24. This has NO effect as when you log out with the startup option set to
  25. 'Resume Current Session' the first thing that VUE does is to recreate
  26. all of the files in the $HOME/.vue/<node>/current directory, thereby
  27. erasing the changes that you have made.

  29. The correct way to make any resource modifications is to use the
  30. RES_EDIT tool (if you are running HP-UX 8.0 or greater) or to use
  31. xrdb(1).
