- They aren't *exactly* the same, are they Greg? The EPROMs have got
- to be different. That's why a 300 with an AM2 motherboard still
- won't run "WE32100 required" programs - it "thinks" it's not a 310.
- I bet you're going to need the 4th EPROM from a 400 to get this thing
- working (and recognize those additional slots) - #4's the one which
- tells the machine what it is. The EPROM must have the number 4 printed
- on it, or your system won't "know" its supposed to be a 3B2-400. (#3
- means its a 300, #5 means its a 310). The other three EPROMS should
- work as long as they're lower aphabetically than your "new" fourth
- EPROM.

- Sigh - I remember paying $2500 for a 300! (When AT&T was still
- selling the 310 for $15,000)

- According to the literature (AT&T PM-3727) "AT&T 3B2/1000 Computer":
-
- Model: Clock: Standard MIPS: 3 MPE MIPS:
-
- 3B2-1000/60 22 MHz 5 9
- 3B2-1000/70 22 MHz 5 9
- 3B2-1000/80 24 MHz 9 16
