  16.    -priority settings via a "file settings" box (something similar
  17.     to the Settings option on a DOS window in Windows (gives the
  18.     options for:  foreground priority, background priority,
  19.     exclusive/background running)

  21.    -running ANY program (say ARC Shell) in a Window or full screen
  22.     (again a la Windows 3.1)
