- In the case of the furniture, you steal the complete work. That is like
- stealing the source code and all documentation and also deleting the work
- from the programmer's hard disk.

- does not hurt the author unless you are a potential customer (which Scotty

- Yup, he sure does. The bottom line is, though, that Scotty (in this case)
- declared that he can in no way afford the software.
- I don't say that's a reason for piracy, I'm just saying that if he didn't
- pirate the software, the author still wouldn't have got any money from him.
