  18. MG (3beta4, a great editor, I wonder if there is a newer version?)
  19. certainly handles eight-bit characters *on-screen*, but it chokes on
  20. them in region commands (kill-region C-W and yank C-Y).

  22. I didn't find the reason for that from the source. Has anybody any
  23. ideas how to fix it to be "8-bit clean"?
