  15. Ties up a podule slot and has no modem facility.  Personally I'd go for a
  16. FAX Modem with Pilling's ArcFAX.  Admittedly, though, Concepts FAX software
  17. is probably slightly better than ArcFAX.

  19. As far as Concept's service goes, I'd agree with you.  They've always
  20. provided excellent service - from their ST & BBC days through to now.
