- Just had an idea, a new encryption system to spoof the FBI but
- nobody else.
-
- Consider the problem, we are mandated to give the keys for anything we
- send in encoded form ove a network.
-
- So what we need is an encryption system with a switch. The first
- key is used to send our real data, the second is used to send
- the King James bible.
-
- We set up the system such that only every other byte is actualy
- used to encrypt, the other byte is taken from the king James bible.
-
- When the FBI ask for the keys we give them the King James bible key
- and explain that the data is purely dummy data used to provide
- a base to fool a snooper.
-
- In order to provide an origin for the true data we need to
- incorporate an additional source of noise, this comes from a
- non computational random generator (eg a Gieger Mueller tube)
-
- So how do the FBI know if they are being told the truth or not?
