  12. I'm trying to get the depca packet driver (a release 9 one ) to
  13. talk over the external transciever port of a DEC de200 card.
  14. It seems to load ok returning the h/w address etc, but when
  15. testing with pktsend I get
  16. The packet couldn't be sent (usually hardware error). This is the
  17. same if the network is connected or if there is just a loopback
  18. connector fitted. I can (after a different boot) use the machine with 
  19. dec's own PCSA so does anyone have any ideas what is wrong ?
