  16. If these machines are at Ohio State, figure out who runs your campus network
  17. and ask them.  If you do not know who this is, talk to the sysadmin of a
  18. machine that is on the network, or talk to the sysadmin of any computer labs
  19. on campus.  They will know to whom you should talk.

  21. If the computers are not at Ohio State, ftp to nic.ddn.mil, as another poster
  22. suggested.
