  11. Could anyone help me?  I am writing a program which requires the use of 
  12. plenty of pointers, and they are getting a little twisted.  I have heard of
  13. a great help program called 'cdecl', I believe.  You type in the statement,
  14. and the program tells you in English what it means, or you can do it in 
  15. reverse.  If anyone knows, and it is an ftp site, could you also tell me
  16. how to access a ftp site, I've never done it before? Thanks for your help
