- if you can find it, the OS/2 1.3 toolkit works well with Microsoft C

- There are books on OS/2 1.1 and 1.0 system calls in many bookstores.
- Software:Etc has a few of them. They don't tell you a thing about PM
- calls, but they explain the others.

- note that to compile these with 32-bit code, you must call the
- Mou16xxx functions. These will thunk properly. I think the Mou***
- functions are non-thunked and only work from 16-bit code.
