  13. I'm having trouble installing EMACS from ftp-os2.nmsu.edu.  When I execute the
  14. lib.cmd file and it inturn executes temacs.exe I get the error message:
  15.   Can't find file EMX
  16.  
  17. I looked at the temacs.exe file using TYPE temacs.exe and the only english 
  18. there says EMX 0.8.  Is this another program I need to build the executable
  19. emacs.  I've done everything that the README file tells me to do without any
  20. luck.

  22. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
