- Could someone tell me what do I need to make CD ROM with Adaptec 1542 work
- under OS/2 2.0? It looks like I have right config.sys but OS/2 doesn't
- see anything on the d: (CD ROM) drive. The same drive/controller works fine
- under Windows NT. When I prepare 2 installation floppies for the CD/ROM
- under Windows NT and start OS/2 installation, it loads the first part of OS/2
- from CD ROM and after rebooting (before configuration part) the system
- doesn't see the CD ROM any more ig I use SCSI ID 2 or 3 or it doesn't
- find any files on drive d: if I use SCSI ID 0.
- Could it be lack of support for the drive itself? ( I am using the drive
- from SUN)?
- Any help/clues would be greatly appreciated.
