  13.     Is anyone out there testing IBM's Lan Server 3.0 ?
  14. More specifically, has anyone succeeded with DOS Lan Requester/DOS 5/Win 3.1 ?
  15. I've been trying, and windows usually hangs with the DLR `beep'

  17. I've modified my DOSLAN.INI correctly, and run WINSETUP (Which made the
  18. required changes successfully)

  20. The hang usually occurs when switching or starting new applications.
  21. (I justy have icons that point to batch jobs that do the NET USEs after
  22. checking if a drive is free - via an IF EXIST statement - nothing spectacular)
  23.
