- While we're on the subject of buffered UARTS, I am about to receive a new
- serial I/O board with two 16550 UARTS on board to replace my non-socketed
- 8250 based board. I am currently running HyperACCESS 2.0 [OS/2 version] (3.0
- as soon as it arrives in the mail) with a USRobotics Dual Standard on COM2 and
- my Microsoft mouse on COM1. What, if anything, should I have to change about
- my setup so that my mouse and modem still operate correctly?
-
- Replies can be e-mail or post and I will summarize if e-mail. It might
- be helpful to compile a section on buffered UART support in the FAQ as
- I suspect that others will be interested in this question.
