  19. Recently I had a hardware problem that caused a lot of 
  20. reboots.  (Not the best of things with a large HPFS drive.)
  21. When the dust finally settled my information folder was
  22. empty.  I mangaged to reconstuct everything but the 
  23. master help index.  I know I can get the same general
  24. thing from the Desktop menu's help but I liked the layout
  25. of the master help index.  If anyone could show me how to
  26. get it back I'd apprecitate it.  (Selective install didn't.)
  27. I am running GA with the lattest pre-sp kernel from Hobbes
  28. and gt16mb patches and SP installed over that.

  30. Also, whilst I am languishing waiting to hear if CORE will
  31. support my tape drive under OS/2 I have been giving serious 
  32. thought to selling the floppy monster and getting a SCSI tape
  33. drive and a SCSI host adapter (As SCSI devices tend not to run
  34. well without one.... :> ).  I was hoping that people could 
  35. email me advice and information both good and bad about
  36. various host adapters and tape drives and how well they
  37. are received by OS/2 would be greatly appreciated...
