- I've got the same problem om my work machine - Tseng video card in 1024x768x256 mode
- but not on my home machine (standard VGA). Both machines are running (UK?) English
- OS/2 with ServicePack installed and use codepage 865 (and yes - my CODEPAGE settings
- are correct on both machines). The problem is a variation on the "cent-yen"-problem
- which is so well-known to all Norwegian PC users. The norwegian character "O-slash"
- occupies the same spaces in the 865 (Danish/Norwegian) codepage as the cent and yen
- symbols in the 437 (USA) codepage. After the service pack was installed, we get
- "cent-yen" in the full-screen sessions but normal behaviour in the windowed
- sessions.
