  27. Well, the last time this came up (April?), I called Western Digital (then 
  28. owners of Paradise) twice and got two different answers from the Paradise 
  29. Video support people.  I believe Western Digital was purchased by someone 
  30. else since then.  Anyway, they don't seem to have their act together.
