  28. Oh, drat.  The famous "CPS: Extent not found" error.  You're not going
  29. to like this.

  31. Under rather obscure conditions, OS/2's HPFS in GA has a small
  32. problem (just as you've described).  The cure that IBM suggests,
  33. anyway, is a full reformat, reinstall, and immediate application of
  34. the Service Pak (which has the corrected HPFS code).  Messy, I grant
  35. you.
