  17. isn't the most convenient method, but it does work (and the FAQ List
  18. is designed to be a baseline reference of sorts).

  26. Sure.  You need Book Reader/2 from the CD-ROM, of course.  Use the
  27. install script/menu provided to install the .BOO documentation, and
  28. you should get BR/2 along with it.
