- Thanx to all who replied! I _think_ I have a pretty good idea what OS2 is about now... After all this info though, I want some more advice... What I
- forgot to mention on the previous post is that my 486/33 has right now only 4MB
- of RAM :( ... I plan to upgrade to 6-8MB when I can afford it though...Do you
- people think that I should wait 'till I get some serious RAM to get OS2? ( It
- 'll also give me time to get Stacker for OS2 when that comes out...) Also,
- what if I partitioned the HD (107MB) in, say, a 40MB partition for the OS2 os
- files and swap files and 60+7 MB of Stacker drive (60 compressed, 7 for WIn
- swap files, disk editors and other 'God! This cant be happening' utilities...
- Will OS2's DOS access the stacked drive? Will I need to spend a couple of
- hundreds of bucks more to get a second HD?? --I am on a _very_, _very_ tight
- budget right now :).......
- Thanx in advance again......
