- Two questions (non-faq :( ). One fairly straight-forward, one not.
-
- one.
- Is it possible to read the .BOO documentation, having
- copied them from the CD to a hard drive?
-
- two.
- Upon booting from a floppy, the 'invalid internal file id.'
- error will appear if I have booted from the install disks.
- If I boot using the se20boot disk, the system locks up
- upon reference to drive C: (HPFS) or D: (FAT). I've tried
- loading every device and driver on the se20boot disk that
- is in the CONFIG.SYS for the install disk(1) and nothing
- seems to help. I'd like to be able to boot from a floppy
- and run CHKDSK to fix drive errors (say on SWAPPER.DAT)
- with a single disk instead of the install disks. Any ideas?
