- Boot from your install disk. Insert disk #1 when prompted. Press Escape
- when prompted. Insert disk #2 at the command line prompt. Type
- CHKDSK C: /F:3
- (use the drive letter where OS/2 is on). You should now be able to
- edit your CONFIG.SYS file.

- COPY C:\CONFIG.BAK C:\CONFIG.SYS
- Otherwise you need to load an editor to edit your CONFIG.SYS.
- Always make a backup copy of your CONFIG.SYS when installing
- new drivers since bad drivers (and bad hardware) kill OS/2.]
