  13. Actually, if you start up any Window's program seamlessly (from startup.cmd
  14. or the startup folder) and leave that program around (minimized if you
  15. want), this speeds up the start of every window's program that is not
  16. setup to use a separate session.  I have used the Clock.exe program.
