  23. I can understand (DOS) FDISK being weird about it, but what I do not
  24. understand is why EDPART can't do the trick.  And, in particular, why
  25. EDPART returns with a "Controller error".  What *does* OS/2 *do* to the
  26. disk and/or controller, to make it inaccessible to DOS tools?
