  20. Actually, they are inside.  You can also change this with key
  21. sequences.  In fact, you can program the color keys to these
  22. sequences, and then send the terminal a command to run that key and
  23. change the baud rate.  Read the docs for more info.

  30. In the emacs package, there is a good termcap.  Use that.
