  14. I have just started using Linux with X11.
  15. X11 works fine in vga and 800x600 modes, BUT....

  17. I have one big problem: When I quit X11, the screen goes 
  18. completly blanc. I can't get any prompt or any sign of
  19. life on the screen. I can however hear the system work, if I
  20. type command (witch I cant't see).
  21. It doesn't help switching between terms with ALT+F*, no respons.

  23. I have to reboot to use the system again.

  25. I an using SLS Linux v. 0.98, and a Trident 8900c with Xconfig.mono.
