- [sorry to follow up to my own post]
-
- Okay. For the hell of it I tried replacing my /etc/termcap with the
- one supplied by joe. I am not in the habbit of getting my system
- files from applications, but there is a first for everything. Anyway,
- joe now seems to work fine in both X and text mode. Also, vi and
- emacs seem no worse for wear.
-
- So the questions is: WILL THE REAL TERMCAP PLEASE STEP FORWARD.
- The termcap that I was using (and that doesn't work with the new
- joe) came from HJ's boot/root disk. Who maintains that linux TERMCAP?
- Anyone, anyone?
