- I think the real reason that they feel they can lay such a claim is that (from
- what I've heard in the press) they have mandated ALL software in Borland be
- written in C++ (I guess with the exception of a bit of assember) and with their
- own compiler. To me that was at the leading edge of a C++ push about two years
- ago. Now everone and their dog does C++ but I have yet to see any other
- company come out (like Microsoft) and publicly announce that all of their
- software was to be done in C++ (like Windows NT?).
