  13. I've uploaded a patch version of OOTher (1.04d) to Simtel20 and
  14. garbo. SIMTEL has acknowledged upload, garbo not yet...

  16. OOTher is a simple and easy to use graphical OO analysis and design
  17. drawing tool for Coad's notation. It's distributed as shareware
  18. $0 fee for students, $50/(1 lic) for home users, $150/(5 lic) for com users.
