  12. I'm trying to find video output board, that can play
  13. back images from computer (RAM->NTSC). Not simple scan converter,
  14. but board that will let me generate something like
  15. MPEG, JPEG (or whatewer) from computer generated images
  16. and then produce fast composite (NTSC) output. Not 
  17. necessary from disk, RAM is fine.
  18.  I saw some posts about PC-Hurricane, but seems like
  19. it works in different direction (NTSC -> RAM).
