- Hi...
-
- I'm wondering if anyone has written a script or a C program
- that would work with smail3.1.26 (haven't upgraded yet) that would
- allow me to put restrictions on email, both incoming and out going.
-
- For example...instead of elm running smail directly, it would
- run this script which would determine whether or not the email
- exceeded a certain size, or was going to a certain destination (ie.
- mailserver) and if so, it would garbage it, with a message sent back
- to the sender. Otherwise, it would let it go on its merry way. The
- same thing would go for rmail. If an email came in from a mailserver
- or that exceeded a certain size, then again, it would junk it, sending
- off messages to either the receiver/sender or both.
-
- It would have to work primarily on an ISC SVR3.2 v2.2.0 Unix
- machine. MDA software wouldn't really matter, either smail packages
- would be acceptable.
-
- Thanks for any help...
-
- Marc
