  20. Using Configure works just great... Just a few words of advice:

  22.     1. Use 'gcc' if at all possible
  23.     2. Add -lbsd as an included librray (w/ Configure)
  24.     3. Use _both_ locking methods
  25.     4. When given the chance, edit config.sh (at the end
  26.        of Configure). Look for locale_d and make it "undef".
  27.  
  28. The compile should go off without a hitch!
