  29. Nope, just follow the directions and run Configure -d, it shows that you didn't do that as specified
  30. in the patch 10 or the patch 11 instructions.   The filter/Makefile.SH would have gotten rerun and remade
  31. the filter/Makefile file and it has the regexp stuff.
