  19. I never upgraded to TPW 1.5, and when my notice for BP7 came, the only
  20. "freebie" mentioned in the letter (in the P.S. place you mentioned) is
  21. the free Application Frameworks & RTL source code.  So, I'd guess that
  22. they do keep track of who upgrades and who doesn't.
