  11. I have to be fair to Borland (I was told about buying the TPW 1.5 by
  12. Aug 21, 1992), I called them back to find out who to complain to and was told
  13. the following:

  15. 1.  The extra $5 shipping for the CD Rom (as well as the 3.5" disks) was
  16.     wrong and they fixed it while I was on the phone
  17. 2.  The Protogen, I was now told (I still wanted to complain) would be
  18.     included IF my reference code on the bottom of my certificate told
  19.     shipping that it should be included as well.  If I don't receive
  20.     it I should call and they will mail it to me free.
