- |I installed Gnuplot, version 3.2 on a VAXstation 3100 running VMS 5.4 and
- |DECwindows. Everything works fine except support of the terminal types
- |"x11" and "X11". To my opinion the reason is, that the VMS C-library
- |contains no function "select.h" at all. So even when I set the
- |"CRIPPLED_SELECT" flag gnuplot cannot open an additional window for

- |limitation? (For what purpose is the "select.h" function necessary?)
-
- X11 support only works with Unix systems in the the 3.2 release. (Hint:
- the makefile that builds it is called makefile.unx;-) Jehavi Bourvine
- contributed VMS X11 support which will be in the 3.3 release.
