  14.     I need help.  My advisor wants me to find a program that can convert 
  15. DesignCAD output files into PCX or TIFF bitmapped graphics form, so he can 
  16. insert the graphics into his word processor.  DesignCAD's output files can be 
  17. of the format IGES, GEM, DXF, and a few others.  I need the names and if 
  18. possible the prices of programs that can do this conversion.
