- : PRO! I agree the software isn't the best, but I doubt it's worse than Quicklink II
-
-
- I have recently looked around for a decent MacIntosh fax program and tested
- several. I decided that Quicklink II is a nice package and seems to work well
- with the modem I sell (Digicom Scout+). Yes, I was surprised, too.
-
- I would not recommend to use it for terminal emulation, though. Any program
- which does not support Zmodem is just not worth spending any time with. The
- public domain/shareware Zterm program is better suited for this.
-
- Scout+, Spirit II or Eagle users who are interested in a MacIntosh fax upgrade
- please send email. (The list price from Smith Micro Software in Huntington
- Beach, California is $69.95 (714) 362-5800).
