- Sure. Make the OTHER modem ignore the escape sequence. Your T2500
- isn't the one dropping the connection (unless you're also typing "ATH").

- The other modem is seeing the echo of your keystrokes, including the
- three plus signs. The other modem is dropping to command mode, and saying
- "OK". That "OK" goes to the other modem's computer, and they're probably
- getting into an echo war. After a couple of seconds, the computer gets
- upset and terminates the session, disconnecting your call.

- You can also solve this by setting S54=0 in your T2500 and sending a Break
- signal instead of the escape sequence. However, it's better to make the
- other modem ignore the escape sequence.
