-
- I have 3 Supras, 2 Practical Peripheral V.32bis, 2 Zoom V.32turbo,
- Hayes Ultra V.32 and other modems.
-
- The Supras have problems making V.32bis (14400) connections,
- especially connecting to each other. They are often able to
- realibly connect to better brands of V.32bis modems. (If I
- unplug a Supra and plug in a different V.32bis modem, such as
- a PPI, I don't see any connect problems, indicating the problem
- is the Supra.) I do NOT recommend a Supra.
-
- Practical Peripheral's V.32bis has worked well for me. I have
- two and have used them to make and answer calls for several
- months. And PPI has stood behind the warranty, unlike Supra.
