  11. Don't know if you all remember, but... I posted a while back about an 
  12. Intel 2400ex that had been blown out durning an electrical storm...

  14. Well... its been a while, but, I did call the company, they said that they
  15. would take a look at the modem, and either repair or replace it. So, I sent
  16. it to them.

  18. After a bit of a mix up by my girlfriend, and how I wanted the thing sent
  19. (it was "mailed" rather than UPS'ed... something Intel specifically reccomendedagainst) it got to the company. About a week and a half after I sent it, I
  20. got a Fed Ex with a brand spanking new, complete with docs and shrink wrap,
  21. Intel 2400ex!!! No charge!

  23. While the Intel 2400ex isn't a great modem (its ONLY 2400 with MNP5), I
  24. would have to say that I am not upset about the service that Intel has
  25. provided on it. Thanks Intel!
