  25. You can get the upgrade by calling the Intel FAXback line at
  26. (800) 525-3019 and requesting "document" #0029. This is actually a
  27. compressed file with the new versions of Download and CASMGR, etc
  28. which you need. Once you have received this "FAX" you save it and
  29. decompress it according to the instructions provided in the README
  30. file..It really works...I did it with my SatisFAXtion/400 and it
  31. cured some of the bugs in the original software. NOTE: I'm assuming
  32. that you have a SatisFAXtion/400E. Otherwise you want to call Intel
  33. Tech support and find out which file to download. If you want a
  34. complete catalog of technical notes and information available, call
  35. the FAXBack number and request a catalog to be sent by following the
  36. voice mail instructions. I don't see anything on my catalog of notes
  37. regarding the Caller-ID modification, but you might call their
  38. product support number at (800) 538-3373....Maury
