- You can get the upgrade by calling the Intel FAXback line at
- (800) 525-3019 and requesting "document" #0029. This is actually a
- compressed file with the new versions of Download and CASMGR, etc
- which you need. Once you have received this "FAX" you save it and
- decompress it according to the instructions provided in the README
- file..It really works...I did it with my SatisFAXtion/400 and it
- cured some of the bugs in the original software. NOTE: I'm assuming
- that you have a SatisFAXtion/400E. Otherwise you want to call Intel
- Tech support and find out which file to download. If you want a
- complete catalog of technical notes and information available, call
- the FAXBack number and request a catalog to be sent by following the
- voice mail instructions. I don't see anything on my catalog of notes
- regarding the Caller-ID modification, but you might call their
- product support number at (800) 538-3373....Maury
