  19. Oooooh, not much, just that the 16550 doesn't work.  Well, it does
  20. work as a 16450/8250, but they screwed up the 16-byte buffer so that
  21. it doesn't work.  Not very useful.  The 16550A was produced to fix
  22. this problem.
