  21. The point people like Barbara Streisand are trying to say is that specifically
  22. picking out a particular group of people to "prevent future special rights" to
  23. is wrong.  If you don't believe in "special rights" propose legislation that
  24. prevents "special rights" from being granted to EVERYONE--that would be fair!
