- El Paso County (which is mostly Colorado Springs) voted about 2/3 in favor of
- amendment 2, 1/3 against. There were about 50,000 more yes votes than no
- votes in the county. However, the amendment passed by about 100,000 votes
- statewide, so you can't blame it all on Colo Spgs.

- If you want to boycott anybody, consider boycotting Perkins Chrysler-Plymouth
- and Colorado football. The heads of both operations were prominent in the
- pro-amendment-2 movement. What would happen if a large chunk of the
- CU student body stayed away from the next home game? Or refused to buy
- tickets for next season?
