  17. I had a roommate Stephen P Hirsch who moved to Illinois from another
  18. state.  He was assigned a driver's license number that had been
  19. revoked from a Steven P Hires.  His insurance was promptly cancelled.
  20. It took him months to get the records fixed and in the interim he
  21. sold his car because he couldn't use it.
