- Term limitations already exist; for whatever reason, the electorate
- simply chooses to keep electing the same people, even when they also
- vote in favor of term limits. To enforce term limitations through law
- would only serve to take away what little accountability the members of
- Congress (and for that matter all elected officials) have to their
- constituents.
